We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is processed on this website only to the extent necessary.

3.1 Legal Bases

Depending on the purpose, data is processed in particular on the basis of:

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

3.3 Recipients / Processors

For the operation of this website and individual functions, we may use service providers as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (e.g., hosting, newsletter services, web analytics). Corresponding agreements have been concluded where required.

3.4 Transfers to Third Countries

4. Hosting & Server Logfiles
Our website is hosted by Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Landgrabenweg 151, 53227 Bonn, Germany.


When accessing our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These include in particular:


• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
• Browser type and, if applicable, operating system


This data is evaluated solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our services. It does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity.


Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable, and efficient provision of our online offering).


A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Telekom Deutschland GmbH. Data processing takes place exclusively in data centers located in Germany or within the European Union.

5.1 Consent Tool (clickskeks)
To obtain and document your consent for the storage of certain cookies, we use the cookie consent manager “clickskeks” provided by Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany, based on our legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR and our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.


Only technically necessary cookies are set by clickskeks. When our website is accessed, the following data is transmitted to clickskeks: your consent or withdrawal of consent, a cookie set by clickskeks in your browser, cookie duration and version, domain and path of the WordPress website, and a UID. The UID is a randomly generated ID and does not constitute personal data. clickskeks does not process any personal data.

5.2 Conversion Tracking (Website Leads Pixel)
We use the “Wer liefert was (wlw) Pixel” on our website.
Provider: Visable GmbH, ABC Straße 21, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.


The wlw pixel is used to measure user actions (conversion tracking) and to optimize marketing activities. The following personal data may be processed in particular:


• IP address
• Device and browser information
• Time of access
• Visited pages or interactions


The wlw pixel is used only with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR via our consent management tool. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

6. Contact (Email / Phone / Contact Request)
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, content, and, if applicable, phone number) to handle your request.


Purpose: processing and responding to inquiries.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).
Retention period: until completion of processing plus 6 months, or as required by law.


7. Contact Form (Webflow)
If you use our contact form, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, message) is processed to handle your inquiry. The form is provided via the service Webflow, operated by Webflow Inc., USA. The collected data is processed by Webflow on servers in the United States. Webflow acts as a processor, and a corresponding data processing addendum (DPA) is in place.


The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or handling your request). The transfer to the USA is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Webflow is certified.


All information provided in the form is voluntary. The data is used solely for the purpose of contacting you and is deleted after final processing, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.


8. Newsletter (Brevo)
We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) to send our newsletter. Brevo processes your data as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A corresponding agreement has been concluded.


During registration, the following data is processed in particular: email address, IP address, date/time of registration, technical information, and the status of the double opt-in procedure. Open and click rates may also be collected to improve newsletter quality.


Processing serves the delivery of the newsletter and optimization of our email marketing. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).


Your data is stored for the duration of your subscription and deleted after unsubscribing or withdrawal of consent, subject to statutory retention obligations.


You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.


9. Web Analytics / Tracking
9.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses various data processing methods to analyze user behavior, including IP addresses, device information, usage data, and other technical parameters. Data may be transferred to the United States. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google. We use IP anonymization and privacy-friendly default settings.


Processing takes place only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR via a consent banner. You may revoke your consent at any time. Google Analytics provides an opt-out option to object to data collection.


9.2 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), a tag management system that enables the loading of scripts (“tags”). The Tag Manager itself does not store personal data but transmits technically necessary information (e.g., IP address) to Google when loaded. Its purpose is to trigger other services (e.g., Analytics).


Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically efficient website operation). A data processing agreement with Google has been concluded.


9.3 Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console, a free tool by Google Ireland Limited to monitor the technical performance of our website. The Search Console does not collect personal data of website visitors. Only aggregated data from Google Search is displayed, such as search queries, clicks, impressions, and technical crawling information. Consent is not required, and its use is considered GDPR compliant.


10. Social Media Links
Our website may contain links to social networks. Merely visiting our website does not automatically transmit data to the respective platforms if only links are used.


If you visit our social media pages, the respective provider processes personal data under its own responsibility. Details can be found in the providers’ privacy policies:

11. Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
11.1 Embedded WebGL Animations

Our website may include interactive 2D or 3D animations via WebGL. WebGL is a browser API for hardware-accelerated rendering of graphical content via the HTML canvas element and is part of modern web standards.


When used, technically necessary data (e.g., IP address, device and browser information, rendering data) may be processed by the browser to display the animation. No further evaluation of personal data is carried out by us.


12. Job Applications
If you submit job applications, we process application data to conduct the application process.


Legal basis: Section 26 BDSG (Germany) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of employment) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for longer storage.


Retention period: generally 6 months after completion, unless consent for longer storage has been given.

This website uses TLS/SSL encryption. You can recognize this by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser.
